1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ew777 platform at ew777.co (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the ew777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You are acting on your own behalf and are not subject to legal restrictions on entering into binding contracts under Philippine law or the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.

ew777 reserves the right to request documentation verifying any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension pending review.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold a single ew777 account. Registering multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, Philippine mobile numbers, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in:

• Immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts;
• Forfeiture of all account balances, pending withdrawals, and accrued bonuses;
• Reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities where applicable.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details. ew777 requires identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing any withdrawal. KYC documents accepted include government-issued Philippine IDs such as a passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ew777 login credentials. You must notify ew777 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ew777 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to adequately secure your login information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ew777 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ew777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following verified Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits are credited to your ew777 account balance in real time for e-wallet transfers (GCash, PayMaya). Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. E-wallet withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically completed within one hour for verified accounts. Bank transfers are processed by end of the Philippine banking business day.
• ew777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals that exceed standard threshold amounts.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals will only be issued to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion.

All random number generator (RNG)-based games on ew777 use certified RNG systems that have been independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games use physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) operated by human dealers in real time. ew777 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way, whether in favor of the house or against any individual player.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial, recreational gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any ew777 content without prior written authorization from ew777.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ew777 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use or inability to use the Platform;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, network disruptions, or delays beyond ew777's reasonable control;

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ew777's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

ew777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering for and using an ew777 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ew777 complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws. Your personal information will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities where required by law or regulation, or with payment processors solely to facilitate financial transactions on your account.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ew777 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via email notification to the address on file or through a prominent notice on the ew777 Platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request closure of your ew777 account.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) serves as the primary regulatory authority over ew777's operations, and PAGCOR's rules and regulations take precedence where applicable.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the ew777 Platform shall first be submitted to ew777's internal dispute resolution process. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official player complaint channels. Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not resolved through the above process.
